TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

By paying Stacklink Digital and getting into a working relationship with them you are hereby agreeing to our terms of services listed below.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

Stacklink Digital offers a 100% Satisfaction with its services. Stacklink Digital will continue to work with you providing you with work till you are satisfied or the project is completed.

• Our unlimited revisions policy is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
• We do not stop our revisions until you are completely satisfied with your design (number of revisions will be according to your package).

OUR REVISION POLICY

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package and you can demand as much revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You are not liable to pay additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised design in 48 hours.

TURN AROUND TIME

Stacklink Digital has 48-72-hour initial turnaround time for most design services. This is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage (logo or website). Depending on the kind of service the time required for revisions could be a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours.
Examples:

1. Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
2. Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by end of day Tuesday.

100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Stacklink Digital offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all services. Customers can claim 100% of their money paid for the service back under the following circumstance:

1. If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs of the logo or the website. You can request a 100% refund on your project.

REFUND POLICY

Stacklink Digital offers a 100% Refund on all its design services, however it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions apply.

Refund Policy will be void if:

1. You have chosen a special or a custom package.
2. The primary design concept has been approved.
3. You have demanded revisions beyond the initial design concepts.
4. The designs have been finalized.
5. The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
6. No contact for more than 2 weeks.
7. Project placed on hold by customer request.
8. Policy violations.
9. Other designers approached for the same project.
10. Creative brief lacks required information.
11. A complete design change demanded and provided.
12. Business closure or name change.
13. Change of mind or partner disagreements are not valid refund reasons.
14. After multiple sets of revisions accepted.

Services not eligible for refund:

1. Website & Emails Hosting Services
2. Website SSL Certificates
3. Website Domain Purchase
4. Website Maintenance Plans
5. Website SEO Plans
6. Social Media Marketing
7. Google AdWords Campaigns

Partial refunds may be offered after management review.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

To claim your refund:

Additional points:

1. 35% administration charges applicable on cancellations within 24 hours.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

Stacklink Digital is committed to meet client expectations by delivering well-researched and well-crafted designs.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Orders sent via account on due date and confirmed via email.
2. Turnaround depends on package; minimum 2 business days.
3. Websites made live only after clearing dues.
4. Rush orders: contact customer support.

DESIGN RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP

1. Finalized designs belong 100% to the client.
2. Revision cycle material is not owned by the client.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

Unless purchased separately:

1. Content (text/images) creation and population is client’s responsibility.
2. Stacklink Digital may acquire stock images upon client approval.
3. Product population is limited; extra charges may apply if large quantities.

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

1. Client and Stacklink Digital agree not to defame each other after project completion.
2. Client information remains confidential.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Stacklink Digital keeps finalized design records for recovery in case of loss.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
After hours: Submit queries via Customer Portal.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Stacklink Digital offers basic deployment support but does not guarantee detailed technical support or training unless purchased separately. Includes:

1. Website Deployment
2. Hosting through third-party services
3. CMS usage manuals
4. Email setup instructions (self-installation by client required)

No ongoing SLA for technical support unless maintenance service is purchased.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

1. All official communication must occur through Stacklink Digital account platform or official email info@stacklinkdigital.com.
2. Stacklink Digital is not responsible for communications via unofficial channels.
